Trainee / Assistant for the Finance Team

This is an opportunity for you to join the Finance team of Citadele Group and work in a close collaboration with the Head of Finance, Senior experts of the Group and other Finance team members. 
 

We offer you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in Finance and accounting areas and gain experience in Audit and Statutory Reporting assignments in Banking and Insurance Sector as well as to participate or assume driver's role in various high importance projects.
The ideal candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, enjoy the challenges of working with in variety of situations and circumstances. The ability to interact with the team and external stakeholders at all levels in a constructive, proactive and efficient way. High level of professionalism and absolute confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Your responsibilities:

  • routine and advanced correspondence assistance, inclusive memos and meeting notes;
  • audit process support;
  • preparation and support in reporting, inclusive statutory and other reports;
  • review and documentation of policies and practices;
  • project assignments in Finance and accounting area of the Group;
  • other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • strong oral and written communication skills in English;
  • proficient in Microsoft tools;
  • Excellent proofreading skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Audit field or appropriate experience in lieu of degree;
  • previous experience as a Finance Lead or Audit Assistant is preferred.
