Citadele’s New Online Banking Design to be in Full Place as of May 15

We would like to inform you that on May 15 of this year, the Citadele Bank will fully migrate to the new design for its online banking system, and the previous version will no longer be available. If you still use the previous version at the moment this time, we encourage you to learn about the advantages of the new design in a timely way.

The new design has been developed to improve client services on the Internet and to make it easier for clients to use the online banking system. The new design is based on the needs of our clients, and it is one part of a much broader programme aimed at improving the online banking system. We are also planning to update its functionality with state-of-the-art solutions.

The new design of the online banking system was presented in a test regime in August 2011, and clients could opt whether to use the old or the new design. As of May 15, the bank will only be using the new design.

Online banking is a convenient way of making payments and cash transfers, applying for new services, and engaging in other operations at any time and any place where there are Internet services. Using the online banking means that clients do not have to visit a branch. Citadele will continue to improve its online banking system so that it is a secure, convenient and modern aide to all of our retail and corporate clients.
