Information for investors of the Closed Venture Mutual Fund “Citadele Ukrainian Real Estate Fund”

Hereby we inform you, that as of situation on 25-th of January, 2013 and according to the decisions made by the regulator, State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine:

  • The circulation of the Closed Venture Mutual Fund “Citadele Ukrainian Real Estate Fund” (here and after – Fund), ISIN Number UA102175FA06, certificates is suspended and the Fund is under liquidation;
  • The minimum term for the Fund assets divestment is at least more 150 days;
  • The cash settlement with Investors in Ukrainian hryvnia will be made according to the legislation of the Republic of Ukraine and only after the completion of the procedure of all Fund assets divestment;
  • Following the cash settlement, the received Ukrainian hryvnia will be converted into the foreign currency subject to the terms and conditions stated in the legislation of the Republic of Ukraine and according to the market practice.
