Please be informed that on 02 May, 2013 the new order on the evaluation of appropriateness of rendered investment services will come into force. The new order apply to transactions with Complex financial instruments. Henceforth, the knowledge and experience of clients will be evaluated only in respect of investment services regarding Complex financial instruments (FI)*, prior to rendering of these investment services.
Thus, starting from 13 May, 2013 those clients, who perform transactions with Complex FI, shall fill in and submit to the Bank the new Appropriateness Test on transactions with complex financial Instruments for Private Individuals/Legal entities, which is available on the Citadele online banking in the section Investments or in the client service centers of the Bank.
Please note that starting from 27 May, 2013 the Bank will not accept for execution the orders on purchase of Complex FI submitted via Citadele online banking of those clients, who perform transactions with Complex FI, but before the above mentioned date have not submitted the filled Appropriateness Test on transactions with complex financial Instruments for Private Individuals/Legal entities, until the moment, when the mentioned Appropriateness test is filled in and submitted to the Bank. At the same time, please be informed that orders can be submitted also by other means of communications, for example, by telephone.
