Lolita Sičeva

Member of the Board

Lolita Sičeva is a Member of the Management Board of CBL Asset Management and Head of Risk and Compliance Department.

Lolita Sičeva has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, including senior leadership positions within the Citadele Group, where she has been working since 2005. During this time, she has gained extensive expertise in investment and financial services, as well as corporate governance.

As a Member of the Management Board of IPAS CBL Asset Management, Lolita Sičeva oversees the compliance, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism and proliferation financing (AML/CTPF), and risk management functions, ensuring the company’s operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Lolita Sičeva holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Latvia.
