Upcoming changes in Citadele’s Estonian branch management

To provide sustainable growth and to strengthen commercial and corporate capabilities of Citadele banka’s Estonian branch, Hans Pajoma has been appointed as Head of Estonian Branch as of beginning of May 2021, subject to regulator’s approval.

With 19 years of experience in banking sector, Hans Pajoma has spent the previous four years as Member of the Board and Head of Corporate banking at Coop Pank. Prior to that, Mr. Pajoma worked for DNB Bank ASA as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Banking Baltics and CEO of AS DNB Pank. Kaspar Kalvet, acting Head of Estonian Branch, starting from May will continue focusing on the European Central Bank onboarding.
