The operation of Citadele payment cards in Belarus may be limited

We would like to inform you that the use of Citadele issued payment cards might be limited in Belarus. This means that from October 2, 2023, we cannot ensure that Citadele cards can be used for payments as well as for cash withdrawals in Belarus.

For customers who decide to travel to Belarus, we invite to provide themselves with cash before entering Belarus. At the same time, we kindly remind that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia strongly urges Estonian inhabitants not to travel to Belarus.
