Following market trends as well as to provide wider options to clients, bank Citadele amended the Product and Service Pricelist and the Terms of Use and Servicing of the Card. The amendments will take effect on 1 December 2017.
We would like to inform you that from 1 December 2017 all card holders of Citadele payment cards will have opportunity to withdraw cash 5 times a month from any ATM in Latvia (incl. Nordea) and worldwide - without a commission fee up to 800 EUR per month. Cash withdrawal in Citadele ATMs – unlimited times.
The following items of the Pricelist will be changed as well:
- monthly fee for Citadele payment card and Maestro card;
- cash withdrawal from an account in a branch;
- balance check at other banks' ATMs (we remind you that your balance can be conveniently checked on the Citadele mobile app, online bank and at Citadele ATMs for free);
- receiving renewed payment card in a branch (a card may be received free of charge if sent by mail).
The amendments of the Terms of Use and Servicing of the Card provide an option that the Bank may send the card by post to the address specified by client, informing in advance.
