Citadele Bank

Bank System Modernization Works to be Carried out on 15 -16 of June

Dear customers,

Please be advised that on 15–16 June, bank system updates will be implemented and therefore:

  • from 15 June 11:45 p.m. to 16 June 12.00 p.m., Citadele Internet bank and mobile application will not function;
  • from 15 June 11:45 p.m. to 16 June 8.30 a.m., cash deposit transactions in Citadele ATMs and Perlo Paslaugos terminals as well as online payments using Citadele bank cards will not be available.

Temporary card payment interruptions are also possible during the update. Cash withdrawal transactions will work as usual.
