Changes to operations at the Līvāni Customer Service Centre

Statistics show that our clients are using the bank’s mobile app and online bank for day-to-day payments more often, while using ATMs for cash withdrawals.

That’s why, in relation to the decrease in cash transactions, the Līvāni Customer service center will be available only for non-cash transactions from the 3rd of September this year. We invite you to use our ATMs for withdrawing or depositing cash. The nearest Citadele ATMs:

  • Rīgas iela 112 (cash withdrawal ATM by the Citadele Customer service center; available 24 hours);
  • Rīgas iela 37a (cash withdrawal ATM by “Maxima”; available 24 hours);
  • Domes iela 4a (cash withdrawal/deposit ATM at “Maxima”; available from 8.00 to 22.00 every day).

For our clients’ convenience, we have developed Citadele’s mobile app to become one of the best in Latvia. Here clients will be able to receive all the main services offered in-branch at any convenient time or place:

  • find out account balance;
  • make payments;
  • manage card security measures - block and unblock payment cards, etc.;
  • contact us.

Meanwhile, through the Citadele online bank, clients can:

  • make payments;
  • contact us;
  • apply for banking services.
