Information on services during holidays (for international customers)

Celebrating Christmas and New Year’s Eve, on 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st of December 2018 and 1st of January 2019, the following changes will apply to our services:

  • payments made on 24th, 25th and 26th of December 2018 through the internet bank, mobile app and other remote payment channels we will process on the 27th of December, payments made on 31st of December 2018 and 1st of January 2019 we will process on 2nd of January 2019;
  • orders on financial instrument transactions will not be accepted;
  • orders placed via US Equities trading platform will be accepted according to the relevant trading times of the particular execution venue in the respective days;
  • currency exchange transactions at special rates will not be available.
