Citadele services during holidays (for international customers)

Celebrating Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the following changes will apply to our services:

  • payments made on 23rd and 30th of December through the internet bank, mobile app and other remote payment channels we will process from 8:30 until 16:30 (Latvian time);
  • payments made on 24th, 25th and 26th of December through the internet bank, mobile app and other remote payment channels we will process on the 27th of December, payments made on 31st of December 2019 and 1st of January 2020 we will process on 2nd of January 2020;
  • on December 24 and 26, orders on financial instrument transactions will be accepted and processed as usual;
  • on December 31 orders placed via trading platform will be accepted according to the relevant trading times of the particular execution venue in the respective day;
  • on 25th of December and 1st of January 2020 orders on financial instrument transactions will not be accepted;
  • on 24th, 25th, 26th and 30th of December and 1st of January 2020 currency exchange transactions at special rates will not be available.
