On the night leading into this Monday, Citadele Bank will be introducing further updates to its IT system

To enable us to offer new innovations and make our banking services even more convenient, we must suspend our payment card system for one hour.

Therefore, on the night from Sunday, February 17th to Monday, February 18th, we will be updating our IT system. Between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., payment cards and ATMs will not function.

We have chosen to undertake this modernisation work at night to reduce inconvenience to our clients as much as possible. However, it is possible that you may need to withdraw cash or pay by card at this time. Please bear this interruption in mind.
