Changes in Citadele's Currency Catalog

To ensure that our services are tailored to the needs of our customers, we regularly monitor which services are the most demanded.

Data shows that cash transactions in some foreign currencies are increasingly rare. As a result, some currencies will be removed from Citadele's Currency Catalog (cash transactions): Czech crown (CZK), Swiss Franc (CHF), Danish krone (DKK), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Canadian Dollar (CAD).

If you have funds in Citadele that you would like to withdraw in any of these currencies, you can do so by January 20th at any of the Cash Transaction Branches in accordance with the Price List. For a list of branches, please visit our contact section.
