Information on services during holidays (for international customers)

Celebrating Easter, from April 9 to 13 and during the May holidays and on pre-holiday day, from April 30 to May 4 the following changes will apply to our services:

  • payments made on April 9 and 30 through the internet bank, mobile app and other remote payment channels we will process from 8:30 until 16:30 (Latvian time);
  • payments made from April 10 to 13 (inclusive) through the internet bank, mobile app and other remote payment channels we will process on April 14, payments made from May 1 to 4 (inclusive) – on May 5;
  • from April 10 to 13 and from May 1 to 4 currency exchange transactions at special rates will not be available;
  • on April 10 we will not accept orders on financial instrument transactions;
  • on April 13 as well as on May 1 and 4, orders placed via trading platform will be accepted according to the relevant trading times of the particular execution venue in the respective day.
