Changes to Term Deposit acceptance and service terms

We are always aiming to improve the services we offer you. As they transform, their regulatory terms and conditions also change. Changes to the terms of our Term Deposits come into force on December 18th, 2020 for new deposits and on February 18th, 2021 for existing deposits. The most important changes in the rules are related to the conditions for automatic renewal of the Term Deposits, clearly stipulating the cases when the Term Deposits cannot be extended automatically.

We kindly ask you to get acquainted with the new terms of the Term Deposits. They are available on our website. We would also like to remind you that existing depositors have the right to cancel their service contract in accordance with the procedures stated in the terms, if they find the changes to be unacceptable.
