Payment of State-Guaranteed Compensation Temporarily Suspended for International Depositors

Considering that the current state of emergency which requires additional safety measures and travel restrictions, as of today, March 18th, Citadele is not accepting applications for state-guaranteed compensation for private customers of AS “PNB Banka” and AS “ABLV Bank” who are not Latvian residents, as well as legal entities represented by non-Latvian residents.

Pay-outs process for state-guaranteed compensations to Latvian residents remains unchanged.

The decision has been confirmed by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.

State-guaranteed compensation for the international depositors will resume after the state of emergency will be lifted. For any further questions, please contact our client service centre by calling +371 6701 0000.
