We are always developing banking products and services, as well as making changes to existing ones. Therefore, we would like to inform you that, from July 15th, 2020, we are implementing changes to our products and services price list.
With the aim of making the service more accessible to clients, a prerequisite for cooperation will now be the use of our basic bundle. This is comprised of an X Platinum or X Infinite payment card, a current account and an unlimited number of outgoing electronic SEPA payments. Please bear in mind that, as of July 15th, 2020:
- the monthly fee for an X Platinum or X Infinite card will now be 40 EUR or 60 EUR respectively, and will be withheld monthly;
- current account fee as part of the aforementioned bundle: free;
- unlimited outgoing electronic SEPA payments: free;
- payments outside of SEPA will only be possible to your own account in another bank.
In addition to your chosen X Platinum or X Infinite card bundle, in accordance with your service agreement, you have access to other services in accordance with the price list. You can see all changes to the price list on our website.
We remind you that you can cancel the further use of our services and your service agreement with no penalty fee if you are unhappy with the changes to the price list. In this case, you must let us know and complete all outstanding service payments before the new price list comes into effect.
We invite you to choose either the X Platinum or X Infinite bundle and sign the respective service agreement by July 14th (inclusive). You can do this by submitting an application through the online banking or by contacting your private banker to organise an in-person visit. If you are already an X Platinum or X Infinite card user, you do not have to do anything.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that your existing agreements on the use of the bank’s services will be cancelled on July 15th, 2020, without any additional reminders, if you have not signed up for an X Platinum or X Infinite card bundle by July 15th, 2020. In this case, all money in your accounts must be transferred to other credit institutions by July 15th, 2020. If your money has not been transferred from your account/s by July 15th, 2020 and we have no way of closing your account/s, a commission fee for maintaining your current account will be applied in accordance with the commission fee set in the price list.
