As of October 11th, Citadele branches will be open by appointment only

To ensure the safety of our customers and employees and in adherence with restrictions and recommendations set by the government regarding COVID-19, Citadele branches will operate by appointment only as of October 11th.

There may be changes to already-booked appointments for visitors without valid a Covid-19 certificate confirming full vaccination or recent recovery. 

If a customer has a valid Covid-19 certificate confirming full vaccination or recent recovery, appointments at Citadele from October 11th will take place as planned (at the day, time and branch confirmed by the bank). 

Meanwhile, customers without the aforementioned certificate or 48-hour test may have their planned appointment cancelled or moved, if the government introduces restrictions allowing banking services to be received only by visitors with a valid Covid-19 certificate. If there are any changes impacting your planned visit, we will contact you and inform you of the next steps and ways in which to receive the necessary services.
