CBL Asset Management IPAS stops the issue of its managed investment funds to Russian and Belarusian nationals

Please be informed that as of April 19th, 2022, we have stopped distributing shares of investment funds managed by the CBL Asset Management IPAS to Russian and Belarusian nationals, due to the additional requirements of the:

  • Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine and Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006;
  • Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 of 18 May 2006 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
