Amendments to the General Rules of Investment Portfolio Management

We regularly review and improve not only the range of services we provide, but also the rules governing those services. 

We have amended the “General Rules of Investment Portfolio Management”. The key changes are as follows: 

  • the text of the General Rules has been clarified and simplified in accordance with plain language principles; 
  • transitional provisions concerning communication and document exchange have been introduced, providing for the discontinuation of maintaining Russian versions of documents. 

The new version of the General Rules will take effect and apply from September 30, 2026. The current and new versions of the General Rules are available here.
