Changes in AS “Citadele banka” Supervisory Board

As part of a wider board reorganization, Baroness Catherine Ashton has declared her resignation from the Supervisory Board’s member position of AS “Citadele banka”. Baroness Ashton will continue to work with Ripplewood Advisors on other investments.

Bank plans to organize extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to re-elect the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
