Financial and Capital Market Commission approves AS “Citadele banka” Base Prospectus of Fourth Unsecured Subordinated Bonds Programme

On 30 November 2021 the Council  of the Financial and Capital Market Commission approved the Base Prospectus of EUR 40,000,000 Fourth Unsecured Subordinated Bonds Programme of AS “Citadele banka”, consequently allowing the bank to launch the public offering of subordinated bonds.

More detailed information regarding the offering and initial Final Terms of Citadele’s subordinated bonds will follow shortly.
