Citadele acquisition of SIA UniCredit Leasing in the Baltics has been completed

As of 4 January 2021, transaction between AS Citadele banka and UniCredit S.p.A. has been completed. Citadele has become the 100% owner of SIA UniCredit Leasing (including its Estonian and Lithuanian branches), along with its 100% owned subsidiary SIA UniCredit Insurance Broker (including its Estonian branch).

Active leasing and loan agreements, signed with SIA UniCredit Leasing, as well as all existing obligations of SIA UniCredit Leasing will remain in force in accordance with their current terms and conditions.

The Bank will provide more details on the transaction in the coming weeks.
