In November, 2012, Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts (hereinafter – Vilnius CCIC) organized a competition “The best enterprise manager woman” (sole winner was elected) in which Alma Vaitkunskiene, Chairwoman of AB “Citadele” bankas, was recognized as the best enterprise manager woman among all the members participating in the contest.
“Basically, this award is a result of our collective efforts, therefore once gain I would like to express respect and gratitude to employees of our bank. Looking to the future, an award is always a commitment not only to maintain but also to increase the value for which we were awarded,” said Mrs Alma.
The prize for the nomination “The best enterprise manager woman” of Vilnius CCIC’s competition is awarded for high financial results of business activities of the enterprise during the assessed period and activities related to the enterprise and personal contribution to improving high financial results of business activities, social and charitable activities, new projects, ideas and their implementation, creation of new working places, increase in competitiveness of products and services, professional training for employees.
The mission of Vilnius CCIC is to represent business interests in state and regional government institutions and provide services for corporate enterprises. The chamber unifies most part in the largest Lithuanian economical region – Vilnius whose total contribution to GDP of Lithuania comprises 45% of enterprises and organizations.
Active cooperation of all the bank’s branches with chambers of commerce, industry and crafts of their regions is useful for increasing spread of information about the bank’s services, establishment and maintenance of contacts with corporate clients and implementation of bank’s strategic plan.
