Notification about liquidation of the closed-end investment fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II”

„Citadele Asset Management” IPAS (Company) herewith informs, that the general meeting of the closed-end fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” investors took place on July 16, 2013, and the Fund’s investors made a decision to commence the Fund’s liquidation. On the basis of Fund’s prospectus, the Company itself perform the functions of the Fund’s liquidator.

The Company informs that creditors shall submit their claims against the Fund to the Company within 3 (three) months from the date of publication of this notification, i.e. until 19th November, 2013. Сreditors claims shall be submitted to the Company by registered mail to the Company's address 2a Republic Square, Riga, LV - 1010, or by visiting the Company’s office and obtaining acknowledgement of receipt.
