The Citadele Bank is continuing to modernise its branches, and two modernised Client Service Centres have been reopened – one in Vienības Street and the other at the Domina shopping centre. 13 CSCs have been modernised during the past year. The Domina centre at Ieriķu Street 3 was reopened on December 11, and the one at Vienības Street 113 was reopened four days later.
Citadele began the modernisation last autumn so that the centres are nicer and operations can be handled more quickly. The 13 modernised centres are in Rīga and in Latvia’s regions.
“Clients appreciate the new concept at our Client Service Centres,” says Dace Priede, director of the Citadele Bank’s Retail and Small and Medium Enterprise Services Directorate. “It is important for us to ensure that clients feel fine when receiving bank services and professional consultations.”
The Client Service Centres are being given a new and modern appearance, with lighter and more colourful rooms and increased use of the colour red, which is part of the Citadele brand. Because Citadele is the exclusive distributer of American Express credit cards in Latvia, the new design also has the colour blue from the AE brand.

- Weekdays 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturdays 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
