Notice to the participants of Citadele Active Pension Plan and Citadele Universal Pension Plan on the delegation of marketing services included in the management of state funded pension scheme assets

"CBL Asset Management" IPAS hereby announces that the marketing services included in the management of state funded pension scheme assets have been delegated to AS "Citadele banka", registration number: 40103303559, address: Republikas laukums 2A, Riga LV-1010, Latvia, credit institution’s licence No 06.01.05.405/280. AS "Citadele banka" is a local bank providing banking, financial and capital management services. According to the delegation agreement, AS "Citadele banka" will design and implement marketing and advertising campaigns, ensure the placement of marketing and advertising materials at its premises, inform customers about the pension plans managed by "CBL Asset Management" IPAS, etc. The fee to AS "Citadele banka" for the supply of delegated services will not be paid from the assets of Citadele Active Pension Plan and Citadele Universal Pension Plan.
