March is Good Service Month

The traditional Good Service Month campaign in March calls clients to notice good service providers and praise them.

The Citadele bank Estonian branch also participates this year. In the previous year, the Citadele bank was among the TOP 100 companies which received the most praises from clients. We are oriented to flexible and personal approach and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We also acknowledge our best customer service personnel. The campaign in March gives clients a great opportunity to notice those, who give their best to make customers happy and satisfied.
