IT System Modernization Works to be Carried out During the Night from 30 to 31 May. On-Line Banking Platform and On-Line Payments will be Temporarily Unavailable

In order to expand our on-line banking platform's functions and introduce other improvements, modernization works will be carried out in Citadele's IT system during the night from 30 to 31 May 2016.

Please complete your on-line payments and purchases before 30 May, 10:00 pm. We would like to inform you that due to modernization works in our IT system, Citadele's on-line banking platform will not be available from 30 May, 10:00 pm, until 31 May, 2:00 am. On-line payments for purchases that require 3D security system authorizations will also be unavailable during this time. This is due to the fact that system upgrades may impact payments using all types of cards.

System modernization works will be carried out during the night to minimize potential inconveniences.

During the modernization works, we are going to introduce improvements in our on-line banking platform's functions. For example, clients who use MobileSCAN on-line banking authorization tool on their mobile devices, will now be able to add new mobile devices for using MobileSCAN remotely from their on-line banking profiles.
