The Bank hereby informs those clients who currently use or have been using the investment or ancillary services provided by JSC “Citadele banka”, on amendments to the Order execution policy for investment services (hereinafter referred to as the Order Execution Policy).
Amendments have been made in the Order Execution Policy sections: Types of Orders, Submission of Orders, Order aggregation and splitting, Achieving best execution. The list of order execution venues available to the Bank for client orders has been updated as well.
We recommend you carefully read the new version of the Order Execution Policy and the list of order execution venues, which are available here as well as at any client service center of the Bank.
If you have any objections or you do not agree to the Order Execution Policy, please contact the Bank immediately. Please be informed that upon fulfilling of relevant obligations towards the Bank you are entitled to terminate the agreement on provision of services by giving a written notice to the Bank within 7 banking days starting from the sending date of this message.
If the Bank does not receive your objection notice within the above mentioned period of time, the Bank will consider that you have given consent to the Order Execution Policy of the Bank.
