Opening hours and payments during the holidays

Dear customers,

we would like to share information on the execution of payments during the holiday period. 

  • Transfers within the bank will be carried out on all days.
  • 23–26 December, 30–31 December and 1 January are holidays, so no payments will be forwarded to or accepted from other banks.
  • 22 and 29 December are business days, so payments will be carried out as usual, i.e. if SEPA payment order is placed before 4 p.m., it will be executed on the same day; payment orders placed after 4 p.m. will be executed on the following business day (27 December or 2 January).  

We would also like to pay Your attention that all Citadele branches will not work on 25th and 26th of December as well as on 1st of January. Our branch in AKROPOLIS, Ozo str. 25, Vilnius will work as follows:

On 24th of December – from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On 31st of December – from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
