A significant role in the world of X cards is played by our RELAX prize and discount programme. It gives you extra advantages and enhances the X brand.
To align the name of the prize and discount programme with our X brand cards, the new name of the programme as of 1st of January will be X REWARDS.
Important! Due to the renewal of the programme during the period from 31st of December by 15th of January, you will not be able to log in to your X REWARDS account and exchange points to selected prizes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note, that additional and main cardholders will collect points and switch them to prizes separately. Until 1st of January the points accumulated will remain the holder of the main card, and from this date the additional card will accumulate points separately. Additional cardholders will have to create their account on the xkortele.lt page in order to exchange points for prizes.
Soon you will be able to see the points you have collected and access your X REWARDS account even more conveniently - through the Citadele mobile app.
The name change in information displayed by our partners will be gradual. This means that, for some time, both names - RELAX and X REWARDS - will be used simultaneously.
