Citadele Bank (Lithuania)
In response to the quarantine announced by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, we are changing working time of bank branches.
From 16th of March customer service will be available new time at bank branches in Vilnius (K. Kalinausko str. 13), Kaunas, Klaipėda and Panevėžys, but only with pre-registration by phone +370 5 221 9091. The opening hours of these branches you can find there. Please note that we will serve our customers only on urgent questions and we will not provide cash transactions.
Citadele bank’s branches located at shopping malls “Akropolis” in Vilnius and Šiauliai, also branch in Alytus will not work during quarantine.

Bill payments and contactless payments
For the payment of bills, the bank invites clients to use the app or online bank, which allows all necessary payments to be made quickly and conveniently. At the shops you can pay by contactless card, „Apple Pay“ or bank app for „Android“ users, or a sticker/bracelet.
We recommend avoiding cash and choose contactless payments, in this way we will slower down virus spread. However, if you are using an ATM that is regularly disinfected, wear gloves or do not forget to wash your hands later.

If you have any questions please call to us +370 5 221 9091 on the working days 8:00 – 19:00, Friday 8:00 – 18:00, Saturday 9:00 - 17:00. We would like to remind you, that is no necessary to contact your finance manager, you can fill the application for mortgage loan in our web site.
Citadele offers the chance to become a client of the bank and receive an X smart card remotely, without visiting a branch. This is possible with a smartphone using the Citadele app to send a selfie along with an image of a valid passport or ID card. The application process takes between 5 and 7 minutes. Clients who apply for a payment card through the app or website will receive their card by post for free.
Blocking a card, ordering a new card, PIN code change
Using the mobile app, clients are able to select various security settings for their card, such as blocking and unblocking the card or applying for a new X smart card. Furthermore, the app enables users to change the PIN code of their card within seconds. It is important to emphasise that users do not need to remember or enter their old PIN code, just the new one.
