On 26/06/2020, we revised our Rules for Acceptance and Management of Fixed-term Deposits

We are constantly seeking to improve our products and services offered to the customers. Most of the financial matters can already be handled remotely: from becoming our customer to daily management of finances. On 26/06/2020, we revised the Rules for Acceptance and Management of Fixed-term Deposits which are available on our website. 

Since some “Citadele” bank divisions do not perform cash transactions, we have changed the rules for paying out fixed-term deposits in cash. On 26/08/2020, when your Deposit Agreement ends, we will transfer the deposit funds to your settlement account.

If you are not satisfied with the new terms, you can terminate the Deposit Agreement and withdraw the deposit funds within 14 days without loosing interest accrued before the date of filing the request to terminate the agreement. This should be done before the effective date of the new Rules for Acceptance and Management of Fixed-term Deposits.
