Changes in the Supervisory Board of “CBL Asset Management” IPAS

Subsidiary of Citadele Bank “CBL Asset Management” IPAS (hereafter – the Company) announces the change in the Company’s Supervisory Board effective from August 3, 2021.

The Company’s Supervisory Board has been elected as follows: Vaidas Žagūnis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Vladimirs Ivanovs, Deputy of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Magnus Blohmé, member of the Supervisory Board. Vaidas Žagūnis and Vladimirs Ivanovs were already Supervisory Board members, while Magnus Blohmé was elected for the first time.
