Changes to the operating hours of branches and customers service centres on August 5th

On August 5th, 2022, there will be changes to the operating hours of Citadele’s branches and customer service centres. The following branches will operate on reduced hours:

  • Citadele Main Branch: 8:30 to 14:00;
  • Spice Home: 10:00 to 14:00;
  • Domina: 10:00 to 14:00.

Meanwhile, the Liepāja, Ventspils, Tukums, Jelgava, Ogre, Gulbene, Valmiera, Jēkabpils, Daugavpils and Rēzekne branches will be closed on this day.

Service will also not be available in our Private Banking offices, and customers are asked to contact their private banker if they have any questions.

We would like to remind you that the bank’s services will still be available on the mobile app. If you have any questions, please email us at info@citadele.lv or message us through the online bank.
