Changes in Citadele's Management Board

Jūlija Lebedinska-Ļitvinova, Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Management Board, will step down from her role effective 15th May 2026 to pursue professional opportunities outside the Baltics.

Since June 2021, in her role as Chief Risk Officer Jūlija Lebedinska-Ļitvinova has been responsible for the Group's risk management, ensuring that Citadele maintained high standards in risk oversight and navigated complex regulatory and operational challenges. Until the appointment of a new Chief Risk Officer, the relevant responsibilities will be distributed among senior members of the management team, ensuring seamless continuity.
