„Citadele Asset Management” IPAS hereby informs that the general meeting of investors of the closed-end fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” took place on July 16, 2013, the agenda of the general meeting covered the issue of the fund’s liquidation. The decision regarding the fund’s liquidation was taken by the investors representing more than three-fourths of the total fund value represented at the general meeting, voting in favor. The decision takes effect in a month from registration in the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
