On the night into Sunday, 30<sup>th</sup> October we will be making improvements to the Citadele IT system between 01.00 AM and 6.00 AM cards and ATMs will not work

Dear Clients,

Citadele is developing, and it is time to bring card payments to a whole new level. Soon we will offer contactless payments, an even better loyalty programme and other updates. In order to do this, we will have to stop our card system for a short while and implement an upgrade.

We will do this work on the night of Saturday, the 29th October, into Sunday, the 30th October from 1.00 AM to 6.00 AM. During this time Citadele cards and ATMs will not work, and you will be unable to pay for anything online.

We have decided to undertake our system modernisation at night in order to minimise inconvenience to our clients. However, it is still possible that during this time you will need to pay by card or withdraw cash. You may be abroad in a different time zone. Please take this into account and withdraw cash in advance, or if you have another card, have it with you at this particular time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your understanding.
