Karina Saroukhanian

Member of the Supervisory Board

Ms. Saroukhanian is a Managing Director of Ripplewood Advisors Limited. Before joining the company, from 2008, she worked as senior banker in the Financial Institutions team of EBRD. At EBRD, she specialized in complex equity transactions, working with financial sponsors in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining the EBRD, Karina was an Associate Director in the M&A group at Nomura International in London and a Vice President at Sindicatum, a specialist financial advisory and asset management firm.

Karina holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a degree in mathematical economics from the Moscow State University.
