Lawrence N. Lavine

Mr. Lavine is a Senior Managing Director of Ripplewood Advisors LLC, following a 28 year career in investment banking. At Ripplewood Advisors LLC, Mr. Lavine has focused primarily on companies in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Mr. Lavine was previously a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 2000 as part of the acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he had been a Managing Director in Mergers and Acquisitions since 1987. He started his career on Wall Street at Kidder Peabody & Co. in 1976.

Mr. Lavine holds a BS from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
