Liene Grūtupa has been a board member of the bank since June 2025. She has more than 25-year experience in executive legal and personnel management positions. Liene Grūtupa joined Citadele banka in 2011 as Head of the Legal Division and, since January 2022, has additionally taken on the role of Head of HR. She has a law degree from University of Latvia and an MBA from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration.
