Information for shareholders about Shareholder Meetings

Extraordinary meeting of shareholders of AS Citadele banka will be held on 18 December 2025 at 10 a.m., at Republikas laukums 2a, Riga, LV-1010.
Citadele provides shareholders with continuous, free electronic access to the documents to be considered at the shareholders' meeting. Shareholders can request information starting from the day of receiving the notice regarding convening the shareholders' meeting and at least one year after the shareholders' meeting by sending a request to: investor.relations@citadele.lv.
