Update on the Public Offering of Senior Unsecured Preferred Bonds of AS Citadele banka

AS "Citadele banka" ("Citadele") informs that as at 12:00 on 23 September 2026, the aggregate demand for the first tranche of the first series of Senior Unsecured Preferred Bonds (ISIN LV0000113439), offered under the EUR 50,000,000 Second Senior Unsecured Preferred Fixed/Floating Rate Bonds Programme, exceeds EUR 54,000,000.

The Offer Period closes on 23 September 2026 at 15:30 (Latvian time). Terms of the offering remain as set out in the notice published on 21 September 2026, the Base Prospectus and the Final Terms.
